We originally focused on pallet and cold storage but in recent years have transformed into a full 3PL service catering to the needs of all e-commerce brands as well as bulk storage. We have been well-known in the area for a long time and offer a price beat guarantee.

We are in Manchester M17 1NB and have been a staple here for a long time. Surrounded by Adidas and Amazon warehousing, our industrial park is in a prime location.

Operations
Inbound Stock Receiving:
Advise any limitations that the facilities have for receiving any product (pallets, sizes, truck length, etc.).
We have the machinery and robotics to handle any amount of stock.
What is the process for informing clients of any damages or shortages?
We would receipt your inventory and then ensure that accurate stock takes are done to prevent any losses. We would accept liability for any consignment under our control.
What reports/metrics do you provide?
We will provide you with monthly reports.
What is your Quality Control process for inbound shipments?
We would build whatever QC you need to ensure compliance with your standards.
Can you support LTL/TL deliveries?
Yes.
Warehousing and Inventory:
Advise the cycle/physical count process.
Monthly, manually.
What is your internal inventory control process?
You will have an account manager and a warehouse manager dedicated to your brand specifically.
Is there a maximum amount of SKUs?
No.
What reports/metrics do you provide?
Monthly.
What is the frequency and method in which we receive these reports/metrics?
Monthly.
Outbound Shipping:
Provide the process for picking, packing, labeling, and shipping.
We would process orders, pick, pack, and ship according to your needs and requirements. We will train our staff to execute tasks exactly as you want them to.
How many orders can be processed per day in the proposed facility/facilities?
We can process in excess of 20,000 orders per day.
Advise the carriers used to ship products throughout the intended market.
We currently partner with all carriers in the UK.
Do you have a cutoff time for orders placed to ship the same day?
Depends on the carrier, generally 4 pm.
How much time do we have to cancel an order that has been placed?
Up to 2 hours after.
Can you provide tracking information for shipments to the customer?
Tracking will be provided if chosen as the shipping method.
How is this done?
Automatically via email or plug-in to the website.
What reports/metrics do you provide?
Monthly.
Do you have freight insurance? Please describe.
Yes, if requested by the brand.
Quality Assurance:
What is your QA process for inbound and outbound? Please describe.
We build this to your specifications.
What QA guarantee policies are standard? Do you have tailored policies for each of your customers?
We guarantee to fulfill whatever needs you have requested.
How do you reconcile warehouse fulfillment errors (shipping the incorrect product to a customer) with your customers?
These are reconciled daily; however, we maintain an accuracy of 99.9%.
Returns Shipping/Receiving:
Can you print RMA labels to put in empty boxes to ship to customers? They will use these labels and the box to ship the product back to the facility for value-add refurbishment and system restore service.
Yes, this can be done.
If a third party will be performing the refurbishment and system restore service, can you provide a second label for shipping the product from the third-party facility back to the vendor facility?
Yes, we can.
Can you provide the boxes for customers to return their items in?
Yes, we can upon request.
Can you provide tracking information for the returns?
Yes, we can, depending on the selected carrier.
How is this done?
Through pre-printed labels that are tracked.
A high percentage of returned inventory will need to be put back into inventory for redeployment. Can you share how you would manage this?
We will receive and QC all items as per your request and replenish inventory where required.
What reports/metrics do you provide?
Monthly.
Technology:
Advise all the systems that you currently use to support the operations described in III (IMS, WMS, OMS, TMS, etc.).
We use a WMS called Mintsoft and have done so for the last few years.
How long have you been using the systems above?
Since three years.
Are there any plans to change any of them? If so, which systems and to what new system name?
No plans to change.
Are you able to adopt a customer-facing portal for order management and reporting? What training/criteria do you need to do this?
Yes, we can upon request.
How have you previously integrated with customers? Can you list examples of them and the volume you manage via the integrations?
We can build any integration if we don’t have them already.
Advise the technical integration requirements to start electronic receipt of orders. What is your preferred integration strategy? Are other strategies allowed?

Are there costs associated with integrating systems?
Depends on the integration.
What is your SLA for systems downtime?
This will be handled outside of opening hours.

Pallet Storage:
Can you unload the container?
Yes, we can unload containers and create palletized loads for your B2B customers.
If we want only container unloading service, can you provide that?
Yes, we can provide container unloading services only, if needed.
Do you have any minimum requirement for pallet storage?
No, we do not have any minimum requirement. You can store one pallet or 1000 pallets, and we will provide you the same high-quality service.
Can you provide transportation?
Yes, we offer nationwide transportation services.
Can you provide us the weekend service for unloading containers?
Yes, we can unload containers on Saturday and Sunday.
Where are you based?
We are located in the heart of the commercial area in Manchester, Trafford Park, close to M60 and M602, providing easy access for drivers with wide roads and no traffic.
Can you provide same-day service?
Yes, we can provide same-day service.
What pallet sizes can you currently accept?
We can accept Standard 1200×1000 and Euro 800×1000 pallets.
Are there any products you cannot store?
We are unable to store the following items:
- Hazardous chemicals
- Food and perishable goods
- Combustible or flammable materials
- Glass products
- Fireworks and ammunition
What could be the height of the pallet?
The maximum pallet size height we can accommodate is up to 1600mm.
